Prima Frutta, one of California’s largest cherry packer and marketer counts since the 2013 cherry season with a new 36 lane COMPAC electronic blemish grader sorting 50,000 cherries every minute and operatingfor 18 hours a day. The installation is a turnkey solution from Compac Sorting Equipment and partners Van Doren Sales and comprises all components from bin tipping to final packing areas.
